Control cabinet ventilation with minimum space requirements

The latest member of the Lütze 'Airstream' product family is the 'Airblower Compact', which allows the flow and heat dissipation properties of the Airstream wiring system to be used in small control cabinets and switch boxes.

Potential hotspots can thus be selectively ventilated. According to the manufacturer Lütze, waste heat is dissipated economically, air circulation is positively influenced and the control cabinet climate is homogenized. The ready-to-install fans can be installed during initial assembly or retrofitted into existing control cabinet configurations. The 50 mm wide devices can be installed in just a few steps: First, a 50 mm standard comb segment is removed and then the fan is snapped into the recess. The units are UL and CE certified and have a power consumption of 6.9 W at 24 V. One terminal is used to apply the input voltage and another for bridging to the next fan. Thus, up to five fans can be connected in series. The voltage supply runs directly via the board.
