Change in management
Dr. René Umlauft has been Managing Director for International Sales at Rittal since June 1, 2019. Dr. Umlauft succeeds Hans Sondermann.
At Rittal, René Umlauft is responsible for sales in Europe, North and South America, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa as well as for service, internal sales and planning and scheduling. He was most recently Managing Partner of Römheld & Moelle Eisengießerei and an independent management consultant for strategy, sales and internationalization. Prior to this, he held management positions at Siemens and MAN SE for over 20 years. His predecessor at Rittal, Hans Sondermann, has left the company.
