How German companies deal with stress

Occupational stress has a significant impact on the mental health of employees. Nevertheless, 40% of German companies do not offer their staff any preventative measures. This is the result of a survey conducted by the social network LinkedIn.

The independent market research institute YouGov Germany was commissioned by LinkedIn to investigate how mental wellbeing is handled in German companies. The answers were determined in an online survey in which 1,056 professionals with permanent employment from all sectors took part. Self-employed and freelancers were excluded. The survey ran from March 21 to 25, 2019.
