Process transparency through color display
When measuring the limit level with the 'CleverLevel PL20' limit level switch from Baumer, five defined colors of the KingCrown process visualization provide an insight into whether the limit level has been reached, which medium is in the tank or whether there is a fault.
Thanks to the 360° LED, this information is visible from anywhere at all times and enables safe processes. The electrical connection made of stainless steel in combination with the visual status display offers robustness and long-term tightness in accordance with Baumer's 'proTect+' tightness concept. The 360° LED crown enables the operating status of the system to be visualized without delay, which can also be used to signal and directly locate faults. The process visualization is clearly visible at a glance directly on site in any installation position, without any blind spots. In addition, the bright colors are easy to see in any production environment, even in daylight.
