3D sensor with more than 1 m field of view
The 'ECS 4090' 3D sensor from AT Sensors with a field of view of 1020 mm is particularly suitable for demanding applications in various industries where a high-performance solution is not required, thanks to its wide field of view of over 1 m.
With its profile resolution of 4096 points per profile, the sensor ensures extremely precise measurement results and also optimizes process control, whether for bin picking in robot guidance, baked goods inspection in the food industry or parcel scanning in logistics. According to AT Sensors, the sensor offers particular advantages for large objects or extensive scanning areas, as it captures a larger area with a single image. This reduces the need for additional sensors or complex motion control systems. With a nominal working distance of 744 mm and a Z-range of 700 mm, the sensor reliably captures even complex surface structures. The X-resolution of 251 µm ensures detailed measurement data, while the high profile speed of 24 kHz enables fast detection. Thanks to laser class 2M with 660 nm, the sensor can be used without additional protective measures. It can also be easily integrated into existing systems thanks to the support of standard interfaces such as GenICam and GigE Vision. The intuitive software simplifies operation and allows quick implementation into existing processes.
