Additional managing director at Jumo
The managing partners of Jumo, Bernhard Juchheim (69) and Michael Juchheim (51), have appointed Dimitrios Charisiadis (52) as the third managing director with effect from January 1, 2020.
Bernhard Juchheim will be responsible for 'Human Resources' and Michael Juchheim for 'IT and Finance'. Dimitrios Charisiadis will be responsible for 'Sales, Development and Production'. Together, the three Managing Directors will increasingly focus on 'Corporate Strategy and Development'. Charisiadis has been Head of Sales Germany and Global Product and Industry Management at Jumo since 2017.
The distribution of management responsibility across additional shoulders expands Jumo 's scope for action and thus enables greater flexibility and a faster response time. According to Bernhard and Michael Juchheim, it is a significant step to appoint an external managing director for the first time in the company's 70-year history. The new management structure lays the organizational foundations for further growth and thus the creation and safeguarding of jobs. Headquartered in Fulda, the group of companies employs around 2,300 people worldwide. Its turnover amounted to 248 million euros in 2018.
