With the safety gate system PSENmech with guard locking function, Pilz offers an economical basic solution for mechanical safety gate monitoring.
The safety gate is held securely closed until the machine or system is stopped. An unintentional restart of the hazardous movement is prevented. Thanks to the escape and emergency release options, the safety gate system is suitable for walk-through doors in numerous industries and applications. Thanks to the metal head section and 3D actuator, it is resistant to dirt, dust and water.
According to the provider, installation is simple and flexible thanks to the choice of different actuators and the M12 connection. In conjunction with the configurable safe small controller 'PNOZmulti 2', the system offers a complete solution for safety gate monitoring with guard locking.
