Robotics & Automation - The pacemakers 2023

The robotics market has been experiencing enormous growth for years. The mechanical helpers are used in many sectors - industry, logistics, retail and medical technology. They can be used to increase productivity, efficiency and accuracy in production processes.

At the same time, there are reservations: Some people fear that robots and automated systems could destroy jobs. These concerns are understandable, as technological advances always bring about change. However, it is important to recognize that the integration of robotics does not necessarily have to lead to job losses.

However, to reduce reservations about the use of robotics in the workplace, companies should communicate transparently and involve their employees in the implementation process.
