Inka Krischke,

Illumination of switch cabinets

The 'SOL 704' sensor-operated LED light from Häwa is used to illuminate switch cabinets. It is suitable for Häwa floor-standing enclosures and third-party products with 25 mm grid perforations from a width of 600 mm.

The pre-set proximity sensor is ready for operation as soon as the light is installed and switches it on immediately when the door is opened and closed and switches it off after a delay of 5 seconds. It is possible to connect other devices or components such as cooling units, filter fans and signal towers to the light using potential-free contacts on the NC and NO contacts. This makes it easier to set up the switch cabinet. The on/off function is controlled by the Häwa light sensor. As soon as this is connected, it also switches the applications when the door is opened and closed. Up to ten lights can be cascaded in series.
