Cobots with a reach of 1.80 m

Kassow Robots has added two more models to its product portfolio: the KR1805 robot arm with a reach of 1.80 m opens up new areas of application for industrial customers

Thanks to the 7th axis, which can reach around corners, a single cobot can handle all tasks relating to palletizing and labeling Euro pallets, for example. The Cobot KR1410, on the other hand, offers a reach of 1.40 m and a load capacity of 10 kg. On the four Cobot models that now belong to the product family, the company installs three connections with various I/Os and power supply signals as standard. Two of the connections are for digital or analog inputs/outputs. The third connection enables data/Ethernet communication, which is connected directly to the controller. This allows industrial customers to intelligently connect camera solutions or Modbus TCP directly to the robot at the end-of-arm tool, for example - the cable therefore does not have to be routed on the outside of the robot arm.
