Cooled with heat pipe

Congatec presents a new 100 W ecosystem for embedded edge and micro servers. The computing core is a COM Express Type 7 Server-on-Module with 65 to 100 W power.

The modules can be equipped with heatspreaders and heatpipe adapters.

These recently introduced conga-B7E3 modules are equipped with processors from the 'AMD EPYC Embedded 3000' series, which contain up to 16 cores with a maximum TDP of 100 watts. According to Congatec, these world's first 100 W server-on-modules in COM Express Basic format (95 mm × 125 m) can be equipped with heatspreaders and heatpipe adapters, which ensure efficient heatpipe cooling even in extremely flat 1U servers.

By dispensing with rotating fans, the servers are very robust and are suitable for applications in the IoT, Industry 4.0 and edge environment.

You will find Congatec in Hall 1, Stand 358
