Sunlight-readable wide-view display

Data Modul is expanding its portfolio with a sunlight-readable 15.6-inch wide-view display from AUO. As an outdoor display, it is particularly suitable for applications in the digital signage sector, for integration into e-charging stations and other outdoor applications.

Thanks to Advanced Hyper-Viewing Angle (AHVA) technology, which is comparable to IPS, the display enables an extremely wide viewing angle with consistent contrast, according to provider Data Modul. The display with the designation G156HAN04.0 has a brightness of 1000 cd/m² and can be used in an operating temperature range of -30 to +85 °C. With its Full HD resolution (1920x1080), a contrast ratio of 1000:1 and AHVA technology, it offers a detailed image from any viewing angle. In addition to matching LCD controller boards from the 'eMotion' series, Data Modul also offers suitable touch extensions and various additional services for the realization of customer-specific complete solutions.
