Suitable for sunlight and vibration-resistant

Data Modul is expanding its existing portfolio of ruggedized TFTs with sunlight readable rugged models from Toppan. The series meets requirements ranging from extended temperature range to vibration resistance.

The patented 'Blanview' technology enables readability even in strong sunlight. According to Data Modul, the TFTs also offer low power consumption and low heat generation.

The 'Toppan Blanview' models are available in three sizes: The 4.3-inch 'COM43H4N44ULC' with a resolution of 480 x 272 pixels and RGB interface, the 5-inch 'COM50H5N01ULC' and the 7-inch 'COM70H7M24ULC', both with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and LVDS interface. The storage temperature range is specified as -40 to +95 °C and the operating temperature range between -30 and +85 °C. The TFT panels can withstand shocks and vibrations of up to 6.8 g.
