Operating several machines with one device

With the Mobile HMI Safety Panel SP200 from ACD Antriebstechik, users can operate and control several machines or different system parts. Only one HMI device is required for the entire machine park. This means that a machine can be logged on or off even when the engine is running. The safety functions remain fully intact during log-on and log-off. By scanning the QR code on the log-on label of the associated gateway, the Safety Panel can log on to machines and system components. This can be done while the machine is in operation without violating safety functions. This means that a separate Safety Panel is not required for each machine; instead, the operator can set up and operate several machines in parallel with just one device. The authorized connections must first be set up in the SP200 app by an administrator.
