Together with Elabo, Bott is presenting an assembly line supported by the Elution digital assistance system with integrated end-of-line testing and a packaging station. A FIFO Kanban supermarket ensures efficient material supply and ergonomic picking in equal measure. The docking trolleys enable smooth, fluid processes. They are used to transport defective products that have been rejected to a digitally supported rework station. In addition to material supply, ESD, ergonomics and the right lighting are also key topics for Bott and Elabo at Motek.

Optimized work processes
