Digital assistance system for manual production
Elabo launches elution two assembly, a software solution for medium-sized manufacturing companies. The assistance system supports the development of digitalized production processes and can be used on any platform.
Elabo 's assistance system is hosted on a central, company-owned server and can be run locally via clients such as Raspberry Pi, tablet, thin client or smartphone. Updates and upgrades only need to be carried out on the central server. The digital assistance system is based on a dynamic SQL database that provides process-relevant information in the form of work plans or checklists in real time and navigates the worker through the production process. In addition, application-specific data can be collected and managed in a structured manner. The software supports automatic process-dependent parameterization of measuring devices and the integration of entire workstation systems.
