The 'ecomatDisplays' with a 4.3-inch screen diagonal from ifm electronic offer a high-resolution display and good readability even under extreme viewing angles or difficult lighting conditions for use in mobile machines.

The displays from ifm electronic offer the CAN bus with its various protocols, which is important in mobile machinery. An Ethernet or USB interface is also available as an option. For user input, there are six freely programmable, backlit function keys and a cross rocker with a central confirmation key. These input options can also be operated with gloves. The ARM dual-core processor with 1.4 GHz and 1 Gbyte RAM offers sufficient performance even for demanding visualizations. The user can program these with Codesys 3.5 and draw on an ifm library of software modules. Alternatively, visualizations can also be created with Qt on the Linux-based operating system. The die-cast aluminum housing complies with IP67.
