Twelve measuring devices in one housing
The software-configurable Moku:Lab from SI combines up to twelve different electronic measuring devices in a space-saving housing.
These include a work/function generator, lock-in amplifier, digital filter box and designer, spectrum and frequency response analyzer, PID controller, phase meter, oscilloscope, laser lock box and data logger. By combining the computing capacity of an FPGA with software that adapts to the respective hardware configuration, the measuring device redefines the way engineers and scientists work in the laboratory, according to the manufacturer.
The SI devices each have two inputs and outputs (inputs: DC up to 200 MHz at 500 MSa/s and outputs: DC up to 300 MHz at 1 GSa/s), a trigger and ten MHz reference connections. Both the input impedance of the BNC sockets and the input coupling can be set to 50 Ω or 1 MΩ and AC or DC coupling, increasing flexibility. The measuring device can be controlled via iPad app, Matlab, Python, Labview and Windows app. Communication is possible via W-LAN, Ethernet or USB.
