Pressure transmitters for the process industry
Jumo presents the programmable pressure transmitter Jumo Siras P21 AR/DP.
The Jumo Siras P21 AR/DP pressure transmitter is approved for use in safety-related systems with Safety Integrity Level (SIL) in accordance with DIN EN 61508 and Performance Level (PL) in accordance with DIN EN 13849, making it suitable for safety measuring chains in the process industry and suitable for a wide range of applications. It measures the relative, absolute or differential pressure of liquids, vapors and gases.
As an extension of the supplier's safety performance portfolio, it can be used in combination with the 'SafetyM STB/STW' safety temperature limiter and the transmitter power supply unit as a ready-to-use safety chain for SIL2 or SIL3. The factory-set measuring ranges are up to 100 bar relative pressure and up to 100 bar absolute pressure. The long-term deviation is less than 0.1 % per year and the linearity is 0.05 %. According to the manufacturer, all wetted materials are made of stainless steel, so that CIP cleaning is also possible.
