Little moves from the position of Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Head of the Americas region to the role of Chief Revenue Officer with global responsibility, including Alliances & Channels. He will be responsible for the company's continued revenue growth, particularly in the digital business, and for the transition to SaaS and subscriptions.

Quade's previous role as COO Go To Market will now be expanded to Chief Customer Success Officer. In this position, he will manage the resources of the Customer Success and Professional Services teams in line with the requirements of customer transformation projects. He will also secure revenue from contract renewals in the increasingly important subscription model.

With the new positions, the company is responding to the steady growth in Software-as-a-Services (SaaS), the subscription model and the extended technology market. As the transformation progresses, Software AG will focus more strongly on customer acceptance and success. Increased collaboration and the flattening of some hierarchies at management level should help the company to respond more agilely to customer and market requirements.
