Pendo has introduced 'Agent Analytics', a solution that makes the performance of AI agents measurable.

The software collects metrics on user behavior before and after interaction with an agent, analyzes conversations to identify prompt trends and detects non-compliant behavior. It supports both in-house and external AI agents as well as traditional software. In addition, task completions can be assigned to agent usage in order to evaluate the ROI. Control and monitoring functions at enterprise level ensure security and traceability.
