Contact Software at the Hannover Messe

Inka Krischke,

Networking is high on the agenda

In Hanover, Contact Software will be demonstrating how companies can accelerate their digital transformation. Visitors to the trade fair will experience the benefits of end-to-end networked processes live - from the initial product idea to production, operation and service.

Under the motto "Fast Forward Digital Transformation", the company will be demonstrating how customers can quickly integrate and benefit from digital technologies along the entire value chain. At the center of the trade fair presentation is a racing simulator that is networked with the Elements integration platform from Contact Software. The scenario is a fictitious motorsport team that illustrates how the intermeshing of IoT, PLM and MES leads to greater efficiency and speed in industrial development and manufacturing processes. The platform collects and analyses all of the car's telemetry data and shows which vehicle components offer potential for optimization. Based on these findings, the ideal purchased part is identified. Both performance data and sustainability aspects such as the provision of sustainability certificates play a role here. Once the right component has been found, it is tested in the vehicle's digital twin to save time and resources. This year, the interactive scenario extends all the way to the store floor. At the OWL joint stand D27 in hall 7, interested visitors can find out how they can reduce downtimes in production, optimize maintenance processes and achieve high delivery reliability with Contact solutions.
