Marine Gurzadyan expands management team
As the new Managing Director of Corporate Development & Strategy, Marine Gurzadyan will drive ProAlpha's growth through innovation and acquisitions.
On August 1, Marine Gurzadyan was appointed as the new Managing Director of Corporate Development & Strategy at the ProAlpha Group. The division was created just one year ago and was overseen by Gurzadyan as division manager. As Managing Director, she is now responsible for corporate strategy, product management, the anticipation of relevant software solutions for customers and mergers & acquisitions.
Marine Gurzadyan has many years of experience in strategic corporate and transaction consulting. Before joining ProAlpha, she worked at KPMG in Germany and Sweden for eight years, during which time she was involved in ProAlpha projects. Her areas of responsibility at the auditing firm included management consulting on corporate, product and M&A strategy issues as well as post-merger integration and transformation programs.
