Proalpha is now taking over the Empolis Group. Empolis will continue to operate on the market as a legally independent unit within the Proalpha Group. The Empolis products will be deeply integrated into the Proalpha ERP portfolio and will continue to be designed for use with third-party systems. The sale is still subject to the usual approval by the antitrust and other public authorities.
