Detailed planning with real-time tool
The real-time planning module Felios-Liveplanner from Inform makes it possible to combine short-term manual rescheduling on the store floor with global production planning.
The module from Inform supplements the automatic detailed planning of the Felios APS system and enables those responsible for planning at store floor level to adapt their production planning to the current situation in real time. They can compensate for inaccuracies in planning data or react quickly in the event of disruptions. Operations can be assigned to alternative resources and time windows or changed in sequence using drag and drop. As a responsive, web-based tool, the planner can be used via mobile devices directly at the machine or location where a plan change has occurred. The user interface is designed in such a way that all orders and resources in an area and their occupancy can be seen at a glance on a timeline. Users can display real-time information such as material availability, order classes and preliminary and follow-up orders in freely definable fields.
