Artificial intelligence is becoming the focus of many technical developments. In numerous application areas, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, deep learning and neural networks are opening up promising paths for further development - be it to save costs, increase efficiency, enhance existing applications with new functions or develop new areas of application for hardware and software. Artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning and neural networks are key technologies that enable systems to react autonomously and make decisions independently based on external influences.

    The 'Artificial Intelligence Forum', organized by the trade media Computer&AUTOMATION, Elektronik and Elektronik automotive on 14 May 2020 in Stuttgart, will shed light on the rapid developments in hardware and software. It will cover three topics:

    • AI in the factory: machine learning, predictive maintenance, optimization of production processes, quality assurance .
    • AI in embedded systems: Hardware and software components for the development of AI systems.
    • AI in vehicle technology: autonomous driving, speech recognition, driver monitoring, traffic control, safety and security.

    Proposals can be submitted on the following topics, among others:

    • Fundamentals and potential of artificial intelligence
    • Artificial intelligence methods: deep learning, machine learning, etc.
    • Neural networks: training and application
    • Programming artificial intelligence and algorithms
    • Big data analysis based on artificial intelligence
    • Networking and artificial intelligence
    • Safety and security of autonomous systems
    • AI at the edge in embedded systems: What is possible on resource-limited hardware?
    • AI from the cloud - services and interfaces
    • Hardware platforms for AI / computer and processor architectures ▪ Frameworks and libraries for machine learning
    • Analysis and evaluation of structured and unstructured data
    • Practical examples for the application/implementation of AI

    You have the opportunity to help shape the content of the program until January 17, 2020 .

    • Contact details and CV of the speaker
    • Title and abstract (max. 3000 characters of pure text)
    • Length of the presentation (lecture 30 min / workshop 1.5 or 3 h)
    • Keywords and target group

    The target group of the Artificial Intelligence Forum

    The Artificial Intelligence Forum is aimed at product managers and hardware and software developers who want to find out about these new possibilities, as well as users of such systems, for example in the automotive industry, automation technology and mechanical and plant engineering. The Artificial Intelligence Forum promotes dialogue between developers and users of artificial intelligence - from autonomous driving to self-organized factories, from the development of AI systems to their successful application in a wide range of industries.
