Despite coronavirus
embedded world 2020 Exhibition & Conference takes place
Now that the Mobile World Congress has been canceled, inquiries are piling up as to whether the world's leading trade fair for embedded systems, which is being held at the same time, will take place. As the organizer, NürnbergMesse, assured, everything is being done to protect exhibitors and visitors.
NürnbergMesse, the organizer of embedded world, has issued the following statement in response to inquiries about the coronavirus (2019-nCoV):
"As usual, medical care at the Exhibition Center Nuremberg is highly professional and exhibitors, trade visitors and journalists are well protected. In addition to our tried-and-tested emergency management system and the first aid station, which is even staffed by interpreters, additional disinfectant dispensers have been positioned on the grounds and heavily frequented areas such as entrances, door handles and staircases are being cleaned to an even higher standard than before.
In addition to this, we are in close contact with the health authorities at federal, state and local level on an ongoing basis and implement corresponding instructions. In short: you are in the best hands here in Nuremberg!"
This statement with a detailed FAQ, which is particularly geared towards dealing with Chinese exhibitors and trade fair visitors, can be found here. NürnbergMesse expressly emphasizes that Chinese exhibitors and trade fair visitors are still very welcome.
