The 5.1 megapixel USB3 Vision camera is equipped with the ON Semi Near Infrared sensor 'AR0522', which has been developed for both low light conditions and high dynamic ranges. The combination of small size, low weight, low power consumption and NIR sensitivity makes Allied Vision 's camera particularly suitable for surveillance and security applications, especially in low light conditions, as well as for applications where NIR sensitivity is an advantage. This is usually the case when visible light would dazzle people or be disruptive for the purpose of the application (e.g. traffic monitoring and eye tracking).

Thanks to a frame rate of 67 fps at full resolution, the camera can also be used in applications that require a higher frame rate. It is available in monochrome with different housing variants (closed, open, bare board) and different lens mounts (S-, CS-, C-mount). The USB interface can be positioned either at the rear or on the left-hand side of the housing (as seen from the sensor).

You will find Allied Vision in Hall 2, Stand 540
