HMS takes over Intesis Software

The Swedish company HMS Industrial Networks has acquired all shares in the Spanish-based company Intesis Software, a provider of communication technology for building automation.

Intesis specializes in gateway solutions and communication interfaces for building automation and generated net sales of EUR 5.6 million in 2015 with its 30 employees. Over the last three years, the company's turnover has increased at an average growth rate of over 20%.

"Intesis has many years of experience in the field of protocols and applications in building automation. The corresponding solutions complement the HMS product portfolio perfectly and fit in perfectly with our growth strategy," says Staffan Dahlström, CEO of HMS Networks.
