Integrated complete solution comprising hardware and software
Allied Vision and MVTec Software have pooled their expertise: With their Embedded Vision Starter Kit, they offer a ready-to-use set that can be used to test embedded vision applications on the 'NVIDIA Jetson Nano Developer Kit' and thus shorten prototyping phases.
The starter kit consists of the 'CSI-2' camera 'Alvium 1500 C' from Allied Vision and a demo with various image processing applications based on MVTec's machine vision software 'Halcon'.
At the heart of the kit is a board-based geo-triangle that can be used to perform various application examples based on technologies such as matching, barcode and datacode reading, pose estimation and deep learning-based classification. With the starter kit, the included application examples can be tested live. In order to use the software toolbox for the development of customer-specific applications, a 'Halcon' development license is required.
