Image processing provider expands management board
Since January 1, 2021, Dr. Michael Kleinkes has been the new Managing Director of VMT Vision Machine Technic Bildverarbeitungssysteme (VMT) in Mannheim, a Pepperl+Fuchs Group company.
Dr. Kleinkes is responsible for sales and technology and shares the management role with Dr. Stefan Gehlen, the company's long-standing Managing Director. He has over 20 years of experience in industrial robotics and sensor technology, which he brings to his new role. After studying technical microinformatics and automation technology, he initially worked as a consultant and solution developer for ten years. He has worked for VMT in various roles since 2004, including as a project manager. Most recently, he was responsible for the technical management of the company.
