Embedded Vision Europe' will take place from October 12 to 13, 2017 at the International Congress Center Stuttgart (ICS) to provide a platform for the trend topic of embedded vision. In addition to the necessary hardware and software, applications and markets for embedded vision will be presented and a platform for exchanging information will be created. The English-language conference is organized by the European Machine Vision Association EMVA in partnership with Landesmesse Stuttgart, the organizer of the biennial 'Vision' trade fair for image processing. The American Embedded Vision Alliance is also represented on the organizer's program committee.

"The topic of embedded vision is on the rise worldwide. A large number of industries are increasingly focusing on the possibilities of these intelligent systems. Whether in automobiles, driverless transport systems, drones, medical technology, automation, sports, marketing or entertainment - embedded vision systems ensure that tasks are processed automatically, autonomously, quickly and intelligently," emphasizes EMVA Managing Director Thomas Lübkemeier.

The conference is aimed at developers and users of embedded (vision) systems from all sectors. The two-day conference will be accompanied by a trade exhibition where the participating companies can show conference participants their embedded vision expertise with products and applications.
