Change in the Stemmer Imaging Management Board

There have been changes to the Management Board of image processing technology provider Stemmer Imaging: one new member has been appointed and one is leaving the board.

The Supervisory Board of Stemmer Imaging has appointed Uwe Kemm to the company's Executive Board with effect from April 1, 2020. As a member of the Management Board (COO), he will be responsible for the further development and implementation of important initiatives as part of the corporate strategy in addition to operational organizational units. At the same time, Martin Kersting (CTO) has resigned from his position on the Executive Board for personal reasons as of March 31, 2020 and is leaving the company at his own request. However, he will remain associated with Stemmer Imaging in an active advisory capacity.

Uwe Kemm has more than 30 years of management experience in national and international companies in the technology sector. He has been particularly responsible for sales and business development as well as the market launch of new products and technologies. He was responsible for the implementation of various company acquisitions as well as for organizational development and integration and change management.
