The Cognex Edge Intelligence (EI) platform from Cognex helps monitor barcode reader performance and device management to reduce downtime and increase productivity in manufacturing and logistics processes.
Within minutes of installation, the EI software begins securely capturing important device data and displays the results in visual dashboards. Customers can use it to analyze performance trends, monitor configuration changes, and capture images of unread and failed validations for further analysis.
The Cognex platform can monitor multiple devices and assets in one location, as well as deploy configurations and firmware updates to a large number of connected devices simultaneously. It includes audit trail capabilities that track and report all changes to device settings and connectivity features for easy integration with other Industry 4.0 solutions.
