Cognex introduces VisionPro 10.0 and VisionPro Deep Learning 2.0, two new versions of the 'VisionPro' line of vision software products.
'VisionPro 10.0' is an update to Cognex's PC-based platform that offers improvements in application performance and setup. VisionPro Deep Learning 2.0 integrates seamlessly with VisionPro 10.0, allowing customers to combine deep learning-based and traditional vision tools in the same application.
In addition, the two versions introduce advanced machine vision tools for precise measurement and inspection applications. 'SmartLine' is a hybrid, intelligent machine vision tool that combines deep learning optimized line finding for complex scenes with precise position data from traditional machine vision algorithms. VisionPro Deep Learning High-Detail Mode is designed for demanding medical and electronics applications that require accurate measurement of scratches, contaminants and other defects.
