The intelligent code readers of the DMR4XX line from IOSS automatically adapt their reading strategy by continuously improving themselves during the process: the more codes are read, the more strategies the integrated software generates or optimizes.

This makes the system insensitive to possible process fluctuations, eliminating the need for constant adjustment. The automatic optimization of the reading process results in high process reliability, even in difficult environments. The readers use IOSS' owndecoding algorithms for all marking processes. They can be easily adapted to individual requirements, and various interfaces such as Profinet facilitate integration into systems.

The devices are available in various technical versions - different sensor resolutions, lenses and illumination colors are available. The reading systems can be used for all data matrix codes in industrial sectors, including automotive, semiconductors, logistics and automation.
