High Speed Vision
75 Gpx/s data transmission
The Phantom TMX 7510/6410 cameras from High Speed Vision have a back-illuminated CMOS image sensor.
According to High Speed Vision, the (back side illuminated or BSI) sensor technology significantly increases the efficiency of the individual image pixel and increases the data throughput. This ensures a data transfer rate of 75 Gpx/s for all frame rates and image resolutions. At the same time, a very high light sensitivity (monochrome 40,000 ISO and color 12,500 ISO) is achieved compared to conventional CMOS sensors. With an image resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, the camera offers a frame rate of 76,000 fps, in reduced resolution in 'Fast Option' mode up to 1,750,000 fps (minimum exposure time 95 ns). In binned mode (2 x 2 pixels), the light sensitivity and frame rate are further increased.
Further performance data include very fast RAM memory of 128 to 512 Gbyte, which can be divided into up to 511 partitions (ring memory). A high download speed is available via the 10 Gbit Ethernet interface.
