3D cameras with GigE Vision and GenICam
Rauscher is expanding its image processing portfolio with 3D cameras from Photoneo.
The MotionCam-3D, PhoXi 3D and Alpha 3D scanner product lines from the Slovakia-based company enable the capture of dense point clouds of static and moving objects and are compatible with many software products thanks to the GigE Vision and GenICam interfaces used. They are insensitive to ambient light and deliver precise 3D data even on difficult surfaces. According to Rauscher, Photoneo products make a significant contribution to increasing the performance and efficiency of manufacturing, handling and assembly processes, particularly in applications in the automotive, logistics, e-commerce, food and medical industries.
