Up to 3400 W peak power

With the DC/AC converters of the NTS/NTU-1700 series from Mean Well, Schukat is adding external portable inverters with 1700 W to its portfolio.

The series replaces the old TS-1500 generation and, according to Schukat , brings improvements such as a higher power density and a 37% reduction in size with a higher rated power of 200 W. Thanks to the AC bypass function, the converters make it possible to provide power directly via the AC grid without burdening the connected battery. The DC/AC converters deliver a peak power of up to 3400 W and feature flexible output and operating mode adjustment, remote on/off control and intelligent protection circuits for automatic shutdown. Their operating temperature ranges from -25 to +70 °C. The DC/AC converters are used in the home, in cars and yachts, in remote areas without an AC power grid or mobile AC power supply, in safety and UPS applications, in lighting, in electric fans or medical equipment trolleys.
