Escha
Record result achieved
The Escha Group generated consolidated sales of € 87 million in the 2021 financial year, representing growth of 24% compared to the previous year.
The number of employees worldwide also increased in 2021. While around 780 people worked for the provider of industrial connection technology in 2020, this figure rose to around 840 in the past financial year. The record figures are the result of sales growth in all key markets and target industries.
"After the challenges of 2020, we deliberately entered 2021 with a positive outlook. We were already firmly convinced back then that industrial change and the associated digitalization would play into the hands of both us and our products. However, we did not expect sales to increase by almost a quarter," reports Marco Heck, Managing Director of the Escha Group. The figures are also the result of process optimizations and targeted investments - over 2.3 million euros were invested in new machines and systems in 2021.
Despite the ongoing uncertainties, Escha is entering 2022 with a clear growth target. Marco Heck comments: "We want to continue the successful growth trajectory of the 2021 financial year in 2022. In order to continue to reliably serve our customers, Escha will be commissioning new production capacities in Hungary and Poland. We will also continue to invest in our home base in Halver. We will also expand our product portfolio in many areas. The future technology Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) will be the focus of our developments."
