Connectors in Deutsch-DT design for mobile automation

Escha has developed a product family with overmolded connectors based on the Deutsch-DT design, in which the self-constructed contacts and contact carriers are overmolded in a one-shot process. This avoids long supply chains.

The previously available 2-, 4- and 6-pole versions as sockets and plugs as well as connection and connection cables are now joined by 3-, 8- and 12-pole versions as well as LED versions. Various modification options are available on customer request, such as connecting cables with M12 connectors on the B-side.

Thanks to this wide range of variants, the overmoulded connectors in Deutsch DT design are replacing the pre-assembled variants that were previously used and also offer a compact alternative to valve connectors. The DT connectors from Escha can optionally be equipped with a threaded outlet for protective conduits. The protective conduits offer additional protection against stone chipping and coarse soiling. All products comply with IP67, IP68 and IP69.
