Plastic sliding support

As part of the 'Alu Guide' modular system from Tsubaki Kabelschlepp, there is a plastic sliding support that can be integrated into the duct wall without tools and ensures that the energy chain glides smoothly.

According to the supplier, the improved sliding properties also mean that drive power can be saved, resulting in lower energy consumption. An optional damping belt reduces noise and ensures that the chain runs quietly.
The 'Alu Guide' system for long travel distances and high loads ensures clean guidance and smooth running of the energy chain in gliding operation. The channel is suitable for both one-sided and counter-rotating arrangements of energy chains, with or without sliding support. The open design prevents dirt deposits and allows liquids to drain away during operation. The standardized 2000 mm long channel profiles are supplied from stock in three sizes; they can be individually adjusted to the width of the chain.
