There will be a change on Lenze's Executive Board: COO Jochen Heier is leaving the company by mutual agreement and CEO Christian Wendler will take over the COO function on an interim basis.
Jochen Heier (57), member of the Executive Board and Chief Operating Officer at Lenze since January 1, 2018, has resigned from his position on the Executive Board by mutual agreement as of April 30, 2020 and will take on new responsibilities outside the company in the future.

The Executive Board will continue to consist of Frank Maier as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Dr. Achim Degner as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
"On behalf of the shareholders and the Supervisory Board, I would like to thank Mr. Heier for his commitment to Lenze. As Chief Operating Officer, he has made an important contribution to the realignment of his department over the past two years. We wish him all the best for the future," says Dr. Michael Paul, Chairman of the Supervisory and Family Board of Lenze.
