SPS - Industrial Automation Fair
Another record number of visitors
The SPS - Industrial Automation Fair (SIAF) took place in Guangzhou, China, from March 4 to 6, 2018. The trade fair for industrial automation, which is based on the trade fair concept of SPS IPC Drives Nuremberg, continued to grow in terms of exhibitors and visitors.
The SIAF runs concurrently with the 'Asiamold' trade fair - an international trade fair for tool and mold making, design and product development - in Guangzhou. Compared to the previous year, both trade fairs attracted a total of over 72,000 visitors (+12.5%). A total of 896 exhibitors (+12.7%) from 20 countries and regions showcased their automation products and solutions in five halls covering 60,000 square meters. German key players in the automation industry were also represented among the exhibitors, including Siemens, Beckhoff Automation, Cognex Vision, Keba Industrial Automation, Phoenix Contact and B&R Industrial Automation. SIAF Guangzhou is organized by Guangzhou Guangya Messe Frankfurt together with partners and with the support of Mesago Messe Frankfurt.
The next SIAF Guangzhou will take place from March 10 to 12, 2019.
