The robust IO-Link devices with IP67 protection from Turck are compact and versatile, especially for object detection in production, logistics or the pharmaceutical industry. Their dynamic teach procedure (Dynamic Teach) facilitates setup during the ongoing process. For example, the sensors determine the extreme values of passing objects on conveyor lines and independently determine the ideal switching point. An integrated counting function enables autonomous counting applications without a PLC. The sensors provide numerous additional information for condition monitoring systems to monitor machine states: Process values, operating hours, current internal or maximum temperature, number of switching operations or the current device status can be called up directly via the interface. The IO-Link sensors are commissioned using the usual IO-Link procedures.
