Micro-Epsilon
Laser distance sensors with IO-Link
The optoNCDT ILR2250 laser distance sensors from Micro-Epsilon can also be integrated into automation systems via IO-Link, enabling seamless communication from the sensor-actuator level to the system control.
The laser distance sensors measure at distances of up to 150 m in automation and industrial applications. Measurements are possible on metal as well as on plastic, paper or textiles. Integration via IO-Link enables simple integration into all common fieldbus and automation systems and dynamic modification of sensor parameters.
The sensor from Micro-Epsilon is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Its robust die-cast aluminum housing was designed for industrial environments. In applications such as in the steel industry and in transport, logistics and conveyor technology, coil diameters and crane positions are detected, fill levels in silos are measured, diameters on seamlessly rolled rings are monitored and drone-based distance measurements are carried out.
