For commercial vehicles and mobile machinery
Novotechnik's position sensors with CAN-SAE-J1939 interface can be used universally and are not limited to defined sensor functions in the vehicle. These include the TM1 absolute position sensor with plug-in or slide-in flange.
The displacement transducer from Novotechnik works contactlessly according to the magnetostrictive measuring principle and can be integrated directly into hydraulic cylinders. It is protected against HF fields up to 200 V/m in accordance with ISO 11452-2 and therefore exceeds the E1 requirements of the German Federal Motor Transport Authority. The RSA-3200 Hall angle sensor, which also measures without contact, is particularly suitable for safety-relevant applications in extreme environmental conditions. The RFE-3200 angle sensor, which is often used in high-temperature applications (up to +125 °C), also works according to the Hall principle. The robust RFC-4800 series single-turn encoders are compact, easy to install and measure the angle of rotation absolutely over 360° with a resolution of 14 bits.
