iC-Haus restructured its management team at the turn of the year 2022/23. Dr. Alexander Flocke has been appointed as an additional managing director to represent the majority shareholder and sole managing director Dr. Heiner Flocke, who will make decisions together with an authorized signatory. Alexander Flocke holds a doctorate in electrical engineering from RWTH Aachen University and has been working at iC since 2008, initially in chip development, then in applications and sales. Henrik Liungman has been working in sales with power of attorney since 2019 and is responsible for the commercial area.

Manfred Herz, the long-standing Technical Managing Director and co-owner, takes over the 'Pre-Development' department in order to prepare creative solutions and circuit innovations for chip design in close cooperation with the Development department. At the same time, Manfred Herz has no longer been Managing Director since 01.01.2023.

The medium-sized company with 370 employees at the Bodenheim site near Mainz is a manufacturer of application and customer-specific integrated circuits and microsystems.
