Eaton 's white paper outlines ways in which manufacturers can ensure the operator safety of their machines and systems and improve machine availability - and thus also productivity and profitability for themselves and their customers. With an appropriate circuit protection strategy, machine uptime can be maximized: In the event of a fault, the circuit affected by the fault switches off and the remaining parts of the system continue to operate without interruption. Correct protection also increases the availability of the affected circuit by interrupting the power supply before serious or permanent damage can occur.
