This makes it suitable for applications that require a Safety Lockout System (SLS), i.e. the maintenance of systems in a safely de-energized state. The PNOZ s60 complements the PNOZsigma safety relay product group and meets the requirements for implementing SLS applications, which are required by law in the USA. It monitors de-energized 1-phase or 3-phase networks with a neutral conductor. Two switching thresholds can be set: 12 V or the usual 6 V in the food and beverage sector. The safety circuit is only enabled when the voltage falls below the configured switching threshold. With a supply voltage of 24 to 48/110 to 240 V(AC/DC), the device can be used flexibly in a wide range of applications. LEDs enable the user to carry out simple diagnostics and assist with troubleshooting. The width of 90 mm allows space-saving installation in the control cabinet.
